نقش فرهنگ‌ ملی در خلق بوم‌سازگان نوآوری: مطالعه‌ای جهانی

چکیده

فرهنگ و نوآوری به‌طور پیچیده‌ای به هم وابسته‌اند و تحلیل هم‌زمان آن‌ها برای سیاستگذاری مؤثر و فهم پیشرفت‌های فناورانه ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش ابعاد فرهنگی هافستد در تفاوت‌های بین‌کشوری عملکرد بوم‌سازگان نوآوری انجام شد. داده‌های تحقیق عبارت بود از شاخص جهانی نوآوری و شش بعد فرهنگی هافستد (فاصلة قدرت، فردگرایی، مردسالاری و زن‌سالاری، اجتناب از عدم‌قطعیت، گرایش بلندمدت، و لذت‌گرایی) در کشورهایی با داده‌های مشترک. مطالعه با تحلیل داده‌های ثانویه در سطح کشورها، به کمک آمار توصیفی، ضرایب هم‌بستگی پیرسون و برازش (رگرسیون) خطی چندگانه انجام شد. داده‌ها پیش از تحلیل، پاک‌سازی و هم‌مقیاس‌سازی شد تا مقایسه‌پذیری حفظ شود. نتایج نشان داد فردگرایی، گرایش بلندمدت و لذت‌گرایی رابطة مثبت و معناداری با شاخص جهانی نوآوری و اغلب ابعاد آن دارند، درحالی‌که اجتناب از عدم‌قطعیت تأثیر منفی معناداری بر نوآوری و برخی ارکان کلیدی آن دارد. بعدهای مردسالاری و زن‌سالاری تأثیر معناداری بر نوآوری نشان ندادند. فرهنگ‌هایی که فردگرایی بیشتر، افق بلندمدت و فاصلة قدرت بیشتری دارند، صاحب ظرفیت نوآورانة بیشتری هستند؛ در مقابل، حساسیت به ابهام با کاهش خروجی‌های فناورانه همراه است. یافته‌ها اهمیت حمایت از تجربه‌گرایی، آموزش مهارت‌های مواجهه با ابهام و نهادینه‌سازی نگاه بلندمدت را در سرمایه‌گذاری‌های پژوهش و توسعه نشان داد تا بستر بهتری برای ارتقای نوآوری فراهم شود.
