تأثیر تحریم‌های جنگ اوکراین بر روابط دفاعی هند و روسیه

چکیده

حملات دنباله‌دار ارتش روسیه به اوکراین که در سال 2014م و با تصرف شبه‌جزیرة کریمه آغاز شد، بر امنیت جهانی، روابط بین‌الملل، به‌خصوص همکاری‌های دفاعی بین کشورها آثار بسیاری داشته است. هدف از نگارش مقالة حاضر بررسی آثار بلندمدت تحریم‌های غرب برآمده از جنگ اوکراین بر روابط دفاعی و همکاری‌های نظامی هند و روسیه و تغییرات شکل‌گرفته در سیاستگذاری‌های دفاعی هند در نتیجة جنگ اوکراین است. برای تحلیل این موضوع از چارچوب نظری نوواقعگرایی و روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیلی استفاده شد. سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که جنگ اوکراین چه تأثیری بر روابط دفاعی و همکاری‌های نظامی هند و روسیه گذاشته و سیاستگذاری‌های دفاعی هند با چه تغییراتی مواجه شده است؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تحریم‌های غرب بر روسیه در روابط دفاعی هند و روسیه تغییرات گسترده‌ای داشته و سبب شده است که هند به‌دنبال جایگزین‌کردن روسیه با شرکای متعدد دفاعی و کاهش وابستگی نظامی به روسیه باشد. همچنین، هند سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش‌های داخلی دفاعی خود را دنبال می‌کند تا در آینده به روسیه و دیگر شرکای دفاعی نیازی نداشته باشد.
