جنوب جهانی و بریکس: چرایی نپیوستن اندونزی به بریکس

چکیده

ایدة پیوستن اندونزی به بریکس بیش از یک دهه پیش مطرح شد. از سال 2011م، تحلیلگران، اندونزی را یکی از داوطلبان الحاق به بریکس مطرح کرده‌اند. از همان سال، اندونزی در برخی جلسات بریکس نیز شرکت کرده است. طی دو سال گذشته، موضوع پیوستن رسمی اندونزی به بریکس با حمایت کنشگرانی مانند چین احیا و مطرح شده است. با افزایش مجدد احتمال پیوستن اندونزی به بریکس در ژوییة 2023م، اندونزی دعوت به شرکت در اجلاس 2023م بریکس را پذیرفت. جوکو ویدودو، رئیس‌جمهور اندونزی، وزیر امور خارجه و سایر مقام‌های اندونزی برای شرکت در این مراسم به ژوهانسبورگ رفتند. اما اندونزی تمایل جدی برای عضویت در بریکس از خود نشان نداد. سؤالی که مطرح می‌شود این است که چرا اندونزی، به‌رغم ظرفیت‌های گستردة اقتصادی و سیاسی، در شرایط فعلی تمایلی به پیوستن به بریکس ندارد؟ فرضیه‌ای که در پاسخ به سؤال مطرح می‌شود این است که اندونزی در نظر دارد بر اساس برنامة 2045م به پنجمین اقتصاد برتر دنیا تبدیل شود و برای تحقق این هدف باید در چارچوب چندجانبه‌گرایی و پذیرش اصول و هنجارهای نظام بین‌الملل فعلی عمل کند و از ورود به سازوکارهای قطبی‌گرا اجتناب ورزد. برای بررسی این موضوع، با روش پژوهش کیفی با راهبرد استقرایی و رویکرد تبیینی، نخست روند روابط اندونزی و بریکس و ظرفیت‌های بریکس برای اندونزی بررسی شد. در ادامه، دلایل نپیوستن اندونزی به بریکس واکاوی شده است.
